You’ll find something for everyone on your list in the Ultimate Holiday Gift Guide for people who like to travel.

Kindle Fire

Oh, Kindle, little did I know I would come to love you. Or, Jeff would.

I haven’t told that story yet. So, the year was 2010, Jeff decided to buy me a Kindle for Christmas. Now go back and read the bolded part “buy me..”

Shortly after I opened it, Jeff took it to load some books. That was the last time I touched that Kindle.

I think it’s time I get my own Kindle Fire and now they have the Kindle Fire. Is it time for you to get one too?

You can buy a Kindle Fire on Amazon with 32 GBs because you want to download lots of movies and books).

MacBook Pro 13″ With Retina

Once you go Mac, you don’t go back…

If you drank the kool-aid you know what I mean.

This baby, a MacBook Pro 13″ with Retina is my travel computer. And my backup when my big baby (27″ iMac) decides to crap out on me. Okay to be fair, my iMac is 8 years old and has been/is an amazing computer. I recently replaced the video card. So I was glad I had my MacBook Pro so I could keep working.

Vans

You can’t go wrong with a pair of Vans for men, women, or kids.

These are my wear everywhere shoes, traveling or not. I guess it’s the old surfer girl in me.

Vans are perfect for exploring new cities, riding a bike, wearing with a maxi skirt, and slipping off in First Class before you put on a pair of comfy slippers. Yes, I’m that person who wears tennis shoes in First Class.

You can buy Vans on Amazon.

You might like the Joseph Seible Women’s Lilo sneaker or the Josef Seibel Men’s Tyler 25 Sneaker. ‘Cuz you fancy.

Nikon Df 16.2 MP CMOS FX-Format Digital SLR Camera with AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G Special Edition Lens (Silver)

I’m a camera junkie, I admit it. Jeff gives me a hard time because I have “way too many cameras.” Some women collect shoes, I collect cameras and tech gear. Enough said.

And while I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Sony a6000, you can get your Sony a6000 from Amazon, the Nikon Df gets me all hot and bothered.

I mean look at. It’s beautiful! So retro looking. It reminds me of what cameras looked like when I was growing up. And while my parents didn’t take a lot of pictures when we were little, the few times my dad did, his camera looked similar to the Nikon Df.

Full frame and less than 2 pounds. Yes, yes, yes!

You can buy the Nikon Df on Amazon.

If retro cameras just your motor running ala the Knack here are a few other retro-style cameras you might like:

Tamrac Tradewind Shoulder Bag

And if you have a camera, you need a nice bag. This Tamrac Tradewind Shoulder Bag looks interesting and has good reviews.

If you like a camera bag that doesn’t look like a camera, you’ll love the Tamrac Tradewind Shoulder Bag.  And it does double duty as a messenger bag. Plus an Apple iPad Mini fits!

Buy the Tamrac Tradewind Shoulder Bag on Amazon.

Zomei Z818 Professional Camera Tripod

A tripod, like the Zomei Z818 Professional Camera tripod (you don’t have to be a pro to use it) can make the difference between a good shot and a great shot.

Plus you won’t have to do one-arm selfies or risk handing your camera to strangers.

You can buy the Zomei Z818 Professional Camera tripod on Amazon.

Siggi Womens Floppy Summer Sun Beach Straw Hat

Finding the right travel hat is like finding the Holy Grail. Yep, hard to find. Until now… The Siggi Womens Floppy Summer Sun Beach Straw Hat is on my wish list.

I love the idea of cute hats but I have a peanut head (according to Jeff). So it’s hard to find hats that fit. But with the Siggi Womens Floppy Summer Sun Beach Hat, you can adjust the size!

Buy the Siggi Womens Floppy Summer Sun Beach Hat on Amazon.

Fujifilm FinePix XP130 Waterproof Digital Camera

I bought my Fujifilm FinePix XP130 waterproof digital camera before our Belize trip to replace our other waterproof camera that died.

All the pictures we took on our trip were taken with the Fuji and our GoPro (We left the big cameras Nikon D50 and Nikon D7000 at home.)

Buy the Fujifilm FinePix XP80 on Amazon.

Great list. Though I am greatly disappointed with the new macbook pros. I think the sony RX100 Mark V is also a great point and shoot camera to have. Great quality images. most of my instagram pictures that I take are from it.

I wish Santa would be so rich and bring be a Mac computer, as my current laptop is on his last days of working. :) My wish this year, as a traveler, is for Santa to bring me a year long lounge pass. That would be so amazing, as I am in airports for so long, this year I'm even spending Christmas day in one.
