USA Today Frequent Traveler University (FTU) will be held at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport on April 17, 2015 to April 19, 2015.
Room rates are $99 per night (taxes not included).
If I buy a ticket and can't go, can I sell or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. But you can transfer your ticket to someone else. There's a $25 transfer fee and all transfers must be submitted by April 13, 2015.
How to Transfer Your Ticket
If you sell your ticket to someone, please follow these procedures:
1) Contact Melinda (via email ONLY, no PMs accepted) at [email protected]
2) Include the following information:
- The full name exactly like it's posted on your ticket is registered under and the long ticket ID # found on the ticket.
- The full name of the person taking over your ticket.
Send the ticket PDF to the person you have sold it to. This needs to be presented at check in.
