Salar De Uyuni is the world’s largest salt flat.

For those who want a white background and stunning photos, the best time to visit is from April to December.  Whereas, December to April will give you water views.

How to get to Bolivia using miles and points

To get to Salar De Uyuni you can use miles and points to fly into La Paz, and then fly from La Paz to Uyuni or take a 12 hour bus ride.

You can fly to La Paz, Bolivia using airline miles and points.

The cheapest 1-way coach ticket costs 20,000 American Airlines miles.

You can pay 35,000 United Airlines miles or 35,000 Alaska Airlines miles to fly 1-way in Business Class.

62,500 American Airlines miles will get you a 1-way First Class ticket.
