Types of Posts You'll See on This Blog

Share with a friend

A friend of called the other day to ask if she should cancel her trip to Asia because of the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 and AirAsia QZ8501 flight that went missing.

And she wanted to know why I hadn't blogged about it.

Long story short I told her that two incidents in a year may seem like a lot but in the grand scope of things, it's really not that much.  Air travel is safe.  But things can happen.

But the longer conversation was about the types of post you'll see on this blog.

It's about the destination and getting there for less

I could write about everything related to travel.  All the news and events that happening.

Express how my heart goes out to the family members of both missing flights. How it's a horrible tragedy not to mention not having closure might even be worse. And pontificate on other travel matters.

But that's not what this blog is all about.

And I'm fortunate because I can and do write about travel news and events, but not here.
