You'll find the best steak and eggs deal in Las Vegas a short 10 minute drive off the Strip. Parking is free so if you've road tripped to Vegas, you don't have to pay to park.

Coronado Cafe is open 24 hours a day. But the steak and eggs deal isn't offered on the regular Coronado Cafe menu.
You'll find this offer on their graveyard, late night special menu. It's the very last page of their menu and posted on a large sign at the front of the restaurant.
At South Point's Coronado Cafe, they have a late night specials menu offering seven items starting from $2.45 to $5.45.
The late nite special menu is available from midnight to 6 am daily! It is the cheapest steak and eggs in Vegas. And one of only a couple of $5 steak and eggs Las Vegas deals.
The portions are generous. You get a lot of food for a little over $5!
Coronado Cafe steak and eggs special includes a 7 ounce New York steak, two eggs cooked how you like, huge hash browns that are crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside (kinda like me), 2 slices of toast of your choice, and an assortment of jelly.
Pro-tip: There's usually no wait if you come for breakfast. But if you come after midnight on weekends, expect a long line.
