This Spring you can stock up on Club Carlson points

2 Easy Steps to Get 25,000 Bonus Club Carlson Points

1.  Register for the Club Carlson Spring promotion offer by April 30, 2014, here.
2. Stay at a participating Radisson Blu between March 15, 2014 to May 31, 2014.

Earn Bonus Points Every Night

You can earn 1,000 bonus Club Carlson points each night you stay at participating Radisson Blu hotels.

You’ll get:

  • 1,000 bonus Club Carlson Gold Points if you stay 1 night
  • 2,000 bonus Club Carlson Gold Points if you stay 2 nights
  • 3,000 bonus Club Carlson Gold Points if you stay 3 nights

A list of all participating Radisson Blu hotels can be found here.

Europe or the US?

The promo states that you can stay at “any of our participating hotels**.”   Then it mentions that there are more than 45 Radisson Blu hotels in Europe.

So it gives the impression that the promotion is only good for hotels in:

  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • Belgium
  • France
  • Norway
  • Sweden
  • Russia
  • Estonia
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania.

But, if you look at the list of participating hotels, you see that the US is also listed.

So you could stay at the:

Can I Earn Points for Multiple Rooms?

Unfortunately, no.  You can only earn points for 1 room a night.

If you need multiple rooms for the same night, book the second room under your partner’s Club Carlson account.

Will Points + Cash Bookings Earn the Bonus Points?

I’m guessing yes, but not 100% certain.

Now that Points + Cash bookings earn Gold points on the cash portion, I’m curious to see if you would earn bonus points.

The promotion states you have to book a rate that is eligible to earn Gold points.  Points + Cash bookings earn Gold points.

If I lived a little closer to one of the US Radisson Blu hotels I could test it out.

I’d love to hear if any readers get the bonus from booking a Points+Cash rate.

The Catch

You can only receive the bonus points for new bookings.  If you have a current reservation, you won’t get the bonus points even if you register for the promotion.

You might want to cancel and rebook your hotel reservation (if the price is the same) after you’ve registered for the promotion to earn the bonus points.

The Fine Print

  • You have to be a Club Carlson member
  • You have to register for the promotion by April 30, 2014
  • Only hotel stays between March 15, 2014 to May 31, 2014 count
  • You have to book an eligible rate that earns Gold points
  • You can earn a maximum of 25,000 bonus points
  • You will earn credit for 1 room a night even if you booked multiple rooms
  • Bonus points will post 6-8 weeks after your stay

Hi Mighty Travels,

I registered just in case I happen to be in any of those countries. The Radisson Blus in the US are on the other side of the country which is too far unless I can find a good MR... :).
