Thinking about staying at a Hilton hotel? How does free internet, free breakfast, free upgrades, early check-in, and late check-out sound? Those are a few of the perks that come with Hilton hotel elite status. And they can be yours when you match your status to Hilton. You can get an easy Hilton status match when you apply by June 30, 2016.

Fast track to elite status with Hilton

Hilton will match your existing elite status with another hotel (Hyatt, Starwood, Marriott, etc.) to a corresponding elite status with Hilton (Silver, Gold, or Diamond). Your new Hilton elite status will be valid through March 31, 2018.

All you have to do is:

Complete a simple online form
Upload a jpeg image of your elite status with another hotel
Upload a jpeg image of a stay within the last 12 months.

You should receive your new Hilton elite status within 10 days.

Remember to include your Hilton HHonors number.

This might be a targeted promotion. But it doesn’t hurt to try.

And the terms are a little contradictory: the image says status is valid through March 31, 2018. But the fine print says it’s only valid through March 2017.

Conclusion

Hilton is offering a fast track to elite status. But you have to apply by June 30, 2016.

It only takes a few minutes to complete the form. But it might be a targeted promotion. However, if you don’t currently have Hilton elite status it could be worth filling out the form.
