Night + Market Las Vegas

You can enjoy delicious Thai food at Night + Market Las Vegas at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Chef Kris Yenbamroong, a James Beard nominee, has brought his unique spin on Thai cuisine as his new restaurant in Vegas.

I dined here during opening night.

You can choose from a variety of seating options: front of the restaurant with views of the Mohegan Sun casino floor, in the back under the disco balls, or at the bar.

The menu has many of the same items as the Los Angeles locations. But you can only get the Lobster Pad Thai and Whole Fried Catfish at Night + Market Vegas.

Peek Gai Hey-Ha Party Wings

If you've read reviews, the Peek Gai Hey-Ha "party wings" are a must. So I had to order them. They were spicy, sweet, and salty all at the same time.

Larb Gai

For my main entree, I chose the Larb Gai with a side of sticky rice. I wasn't sure what to expect but was very happy with the dish. It was flavorful and fiery hot! But a bit too many onions for my taste.

To complement my meal, I ordered a Spiked Thai Tea. When I ordered it, there wasn't any Thai tea made so I thought I was out of luck. But about halfway through my meal, they brought me my Spiked Thai Tea and an extra one for the wait. That's fantastic customer service!

Despite an impressive five page wine menu, I didn't order a glass or bottle. Maybe next time.

Conclusion

Night + Market Las Vegas is a great option if you want Thai food near the Las Vega Strip. You don't have to stay at Virgin Hotel to eat at this Thai restaurant.

I only ordered two food items but the service is quick and everything was delicious. I'd definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Las Vegas.
