Conrad App pre check-in

Conrad Hotels & Resorts have added a new feature to their mobile app, Conrad Concierge.  Now you can pre check-in using the Conrad Hotel app on your smartphone or tablet.

If you haven’t already downloaded the app, you can download the Conrad Concierge app for iPhones here, the Conrad Concierge app for iPad here, or the Conrad Concierge app for Android here.

With Pre Check-In you can:

  • Skip the traditional check-in and get your rooms key when it’s convenient for you
  • Let the hotel know when you’re going to arrive
  • Order special requests like pillow type, newspaper, and toiletries

The Conrad Concierge app also lets you book spa treatments, arrange wakeup calls, and pre-order room service.

You can even link your Facebook and Twitter accounts and post updates from the app.

And if you’re a Hilton HHonors member, you can log in to your account once and never have to log in again when the app is launched.  I really like this feature because it’s a pain to have to constantly log into each app.

The app even lets you can set a text notification to let you know if your special request have been fulfilled.

I’m excited about the new changes to the Conrad Concierge app and hope these changes will be added to the Hilton app.

I don’t have any upcoming Conrad reservations in the immediate future so I can’t try the new changes to the app out yet, but I could be tempted to switch my reservation from another hotel to the Conrad for a stay early next year.

Have you used the Conrad Concierge app to pre check-in? If so, what did you think?
