Rooms must be fully guaranteed with a valid credit card and may not be cancelled or amended. Only one room night may be reserved per customer. If more than one room night is confirmed at the $1 rate, we reserve the right to cancel all bookings. Additional room nights for an extended stay may be booked at best available rates. The person named in the booking, must be the person who actually will be staying at PUBLIC Chicago. Check in will be denied to anyone not accompanied by the person named in the booking. No shows are subject to a charge of one night room and tax. Rooms must be confirmed online at www.publichotels.com and are not available for reservations by phone or any other manner.
