Here’s a summary of this week’s miles and points offers, deals, and specials:

Credit Cards

• Up to 50,000 ThankYou points.  You can get up to 50,000 ThankYou points on the Citi ThankYou Premier card.  You’ll earn 3X points at restaurants and on entertainment and 2X points on airfare and hotels.  The $125 annual fee is waived the first year.  There are no foreign transaction fees.

Airlines

• Double Elite Qualifying Miles on Alaska Airlines. You can earn double elite qualifying miles on Alaska for travel through May 31, 2014.  Advance registration is required.

The Chase Freedom Unlimited is one of my favorite cards for earning cash back card and travel rewards. It offers a welcome offer of $200 (after spending $500 in the first three months).

 

My favorite perks about this card are earning 5% cash back at grocery stores the first 12 months (up to $12k), unlimited 1.5% cash back on all purchases and no annual fee. When paired with cards like the Chase Sapphire Reserve, you can use your points to travel for free.
