wyndham 16,000 bonus points per night

The Wyndham 16,000 bonus points per night promotion originally offered this summer (August – October) to targeted Wyndham Rewards members via email is back.

Since there was a possibility that the Wyndham 16,000 bonus points per night wouldn’t be awarded to those who hadn’t been targeted by Wyndham for the promotion, I opted not to post about it.

However, now everyone is eligible to participate in the promotion.

Here are the details:

Wyndham 16,000 Bonus Points Per Night = FREE Night Bonus

Stay at one of Wyndham’s 20 new properties listed below from now through December 31, 2012 and you’ll earn 16,000 bonus Wyndham Rewards points.

  • California – Wyndham Irvine Orange County Airport
  • Colorado – Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Denver Tech Center
  • Connecticut – Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Hartford Meriden
  • Florida – Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Altamonte Springs
  • Georgia – Wyndham Atlanta Galleria

Don’t live in one of the states or won’t be traveling where one of the 20 new Wyndham properties are located? No problem, you can still participate, here’s how:

With Wyndham you’ll earn points regardless of whether you physically check-in or not.

Yes, you read that right.  You do not have to physically check-in at Wyndham to receive credit for your hotel stay and the Wyndham 16,000 bonus points per night offer.

Things to keep in mind for phantom stays:

  • You will still be charged for the room regardless of whether you checked in or not
  • Some properties may cancel your stay and consider you a “no show” and you will not earn the bonus points

With rates beginning at $59.99  for Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotels and $79.00 for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts hotels, you’d be hard pressed not to find a reason to stay at Wyndham.

Double Dip:

Register for Wyndham’s fall promotion and you’ll earn 5,500 bonus points or 1,000 airline miles after your second and fourth stays.

  • 5,500 bonus points or 1,000 airline miles (depending on what you’re earnings you’ve selected in your Wyndham profile)
  • Registration for the Wyndham’s fall promotion is required
  • Valid for stays now through November 26, 2012
