You can earn 1,000 American Airlines miles every night at Hyatt and Hyatt experiences for stays through July 31, 2021. This is a targeted offer so not available to all World of Hyatt members.

You have to link your accounts to earn the 1,000 American Airlines miles for each night of your Hyatt stay.

To earn the bonus American miles, your World of Hyatt account has to be set to earn Hyatt points.

Pro-tip: Stays at Mlife resorts, SLH hotels, and Lindblad Expedition experiences will also earn 1,000 American Airlines miles per night.

Update: If you have status with American Airlines, you will most likely be eligible for the 1,000 American miles.

As an Executive Platinum with American Airlines, I was able to register. But my husband, who has no status, was not.

Link Your Accounts

Link your accounts using the link in the email from American Airlines. If you’re a Gmail user, this might be in your promotions tab.

Click on the link and it will take you to the American Airlines website.

Log Into Your American Airlines AAdvantage Account

Log into your American Airlines AAdvantage account.

Enter World of Hyatt Number

Enter your World of Hyatt number and agree to the terms and conditions, then click the blue “Link your account” button.

Pro-tip: This is case sensitive.

If you’re successful, you’ll get an “accounts are linked” message.

You’ll earn 1,000 American Airlines miles for Hyatt stays worldwide.

• Eligible World of Hyatt and AAdvantage® members will receive direct notification of the offer and instructions on how to register. 
• Eligible members must register for the promotion between April 15 and June 30, 2021, and complete qualifying stays between April 15 and July 31, 2021 for eligible nights to count toward earning AAdvantage® bonus miles. 
• Eligible nights booked using World of Hyatt points during the promotion period will still earn 1,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles per eligible night. 
• Eligible members can earn a maximum of 30,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles under this promotion.

You must be a recipient of this offer and register for the offer between April 15, 2021 and June 30, 2021 to participate.
