You can get 75,000 American Express Membership Rewards points after spending $5,000 on eligible purchases with the Business Gold Rewards card in the first three months of opening your account.

But you have to apply by September 29, 2015.

With the American Express Business Gold Rewards card you get:

  • 3X American Express Membership Rewards points (up to $100,000 in purchases a year) on one category of your choice from the list below:
    – Airfare purchased directly from airlines
    – U.S. purchases for advertising in select media
    – U.S. purchases at gas stations
    – U.S. purchases for shipping
    – U.S. computer hardware, software, and cloud computing purchases made directly from select providers
  • 2X American Express Membership Rewards points on the 4 remaining categories (up to $100,000 in purchases a year)
  • 1X American Express Membership Rewards points on other purchases
  • Terms and limitations apply

The $175 annual fee is waived the first year.

You’ll get a 20% bonus when you transfer Starwood points to American Airlines miles through August 7, 2015.

Normally you get a 5,000 point bonus when you transfer 20,000 Starwood points to American Airlines miles.  With this offer, those 20,000 points become 30,000 American Airlines miles.
