IHG Rewards Club is offering a new reveal your bonus promotion. You can get up to 100% bonus when you buy IHG points by August 13, 2018.

To get the bonus, you have to purchase a minimum 5,000 IHG points. And for the first time ever, you can buy up to 100,000 points.

IHG points normally cost 1.15 cents to 1.35 cents per point. If you got the 100% offer, you can buy 100,000 points for $1,000 and get 200,000 points for 0.67 cents per point!

How to Buy IHG Points

1.  Use the IHG buy points link.
2.  Log into your account by entering your name, IHG number, and email.
3.  Select how many points you want to buy.
4.  Pay with your credit card.

Pro-tip: When buying IHG points, they don’t count as a travel purchase. This means you won’t get extra points paying with a travel rewards card like the Chase Sapphire Reserve® Card. The best card to use when you purchase IHG points is the one you have to meet the minimum spending.

Is Buying IHG Points Worth it?

Who doesn’t love a good sale, especially a 2 for 1 offer? After all, if you can buy points for half their price it’s a great deal right? Maybe.

Sometimes buying points can save you hundreds of dollars. But other times, you won’t save money. You have to do the math.

If you stay in expensive hotels, travel during peak times like summer or the holidays, need two or more hotel rooms, you can save a lot of money when you buy IHG points.
